- Tim Botsford suggested that donation to the Church could be increased. Another member ( sorry I don’t remember who made the suggestion) suggested in lieu of money, members would donate their time to church for a need project. Brian is the church liaison and will discuss it with church.
- Jay Staiger has paid for the web site addresses. The addresses cost $19.95 each per year to maintain. The Club currently owns:

www.flyomac.net
www.flyomac.com
- The value of maintaining the three address was discussed and it was decided that the club would not renew the www.flyomac.net address.
- It was voted that Jay Staiger’s membership dues will be waved as compensation for his payment for the currently active web addresses.
- Members were reminded that payment of annual membership dues must be made to the Treasure by January 31, 2010. Member’s club rights will be terminated for those who have not paid by the due date.
- Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Trapper’s Restaurant , Starting at Noon. – Same location as last year.
- Maintenance on the lawn mowers was discussed. Maintenance tasks are necessary on monthly bases during the flying season. In order to track maintenance and assure tasks were completed. It was decided that a maintenance check list will be posted on the inside of the door of the shed. Person(s) performing maintenance tasks shall check off the task when it is completed. Brian will prepare the check list and attached it to the shed when field is opened in 2010.
- Jay Staiger was contacted during the summer by a leader of the Syracuse Civil Air Patrol (CAP) who inquired about flight training and membership for members of their group. The OMAC members expressed their willingness to train the group and would welcome their participation and membership. CAP leader supervision would be an important requirement of membership for non-adults in the group.
